Basically I want a form or page, where users have access to edit it. I’ve tried a few plugins, but its not really what I want.
In the screenshots u see kinda what I want.
Do you know any plugins, or combinations of plugins and coding that can achieve this?

One thing that I can think of is assigning bbPress member roles as WordPress contributors or editors and then use a plugin to approve all changes by admin (you).
Can't recall the name and I am not on my workstation that I could do a search on what name it was as I have a copy of it locally but it should be easy to find it.
You also might want to take a look at this plugin if you don't want to give them a higher role other than just being member in WordPress :
